The Inactive Robot is a boss-summoning item used to summon the second boss; the Fatal Circuit. To summon the Fatal Circuit, place it above ground and under clear skies, then interact with the default interact button; "E". The Inactive Robot is guaranteed to drop a Processor when killed. You have to fight him to get the MK3 starmap upgrade.
